Thanks to the Skyscapes team for tackling our rooftop deck. They installed 2 by 2ft ipe pavers on adjustable pedestals. They were polite ontime, and executed the project to the standard we had dissscused. Beautiful final finished result! Could not be happier !!!!

Unprofessional, No-Show, and Poor Customer Care: Scheduled an in-home assessment for balcony tile demolition and porcelain paver installation with Skyscapes / Urban Balcony Flooring. They confirmed a 11:30 AM–12:00 PM window and promised a 10-minute heads-up call. They completely failed to show up or call.

When we phoned to inquire, the representative was hostile, combative, and completely unprofessional. They provide low-ball estimates over the phone, but the moment you ask for basic professional standards—like interior hardwood protection, dust containment, or formal scope review—they fail to show up and exhibit appalling customer service. Unreliable operation—condo owners should look elsewhere.

We had a fantastic experience with Skyscapes Outdoor Flooring. From the very beginning, they were quick to respond, answered all of our questions and were very knowledgeable in helping us choose the best flooring option for our balcony. The installation was completed with great attention to detail, and the workmanship was meticulous. The finished balcony looks amazing, and we’re extremely happy with the result. I would definitely recommend Skyscapes to anyone looking for quality products, excellent customer service and professional installation.
